Nocs Atelier accept credit card payments made by Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express and Diners Club International. All transactions are handled by our Payment Service Provider PayPal or Stripe and are encrypted with 128-Bit SSL (Securet Socket Layer) for maximum security.
If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. In countries outside the EU, USA and HK local charges such as import duties and/ or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your own expense and you therefore need to contact your local customs office for more information.
We offer free shipping worldwide with Fedex. All products are subject of availability and are available for immediate delivery unless otherwise stated. Standard time of delivery is 3-8 days depending on shipping destination. All orders are shipped delivery duty unpaid, which means the buyer may be responsible for import tax and other custom duties. All shipping rates are flat rate meaning you pay the same freight charge regardless of how many products you purchased. We do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions and the risk of fraud. For uncollected orders we will charge a handling fee of 15 EUR.
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to email@example.com. For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.
Please follow the procedure below:
1. Simply email and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2. Package your return item in in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
3. You will receive an email confirmation once return is processed.
It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Care.
